This works particularly well in an environment when few transactions are taking place and unearthing off market deals may be beneficial. We mine our property management, vendor and lender contacts to find struggling owners who may be willing to sell or loans available for purchase.

Highly focused leasing efforts are needed to capture all available prospects as well as a state of the industry resident retention effort with outstanding maintenance services will maximize occupancy and asset preservation. Revenues are maximized through the latest yield management techniques and costs are kept under control through national purchasing agreements, strict inventory control and quality maintenance services.
Regular communication with clients is of primary importance and conducted as often as desired. At a minimum monthly reports are generated from state of the art property management software.
