Whitehead is currently embarking on a third party, fee based property management, asset management and consulting enterprise – Whitehead Property Services LLC. He previously built Magnum Dallas Management as a new corporation to manage a privately held $80 million dollar portfolio. He directed the day to day affairs of the company for seven years when the assets were sold to a REIT. He has worked for fee based as well as owner managed institutions; small, privately held concerns to the largest REIT in the country; and has held a variety of positions from on site manager to senior executive and asset manager. This broad base of experience gives him unique insight into the critical factors conducive to a property’s success. While he has experience in office buildings and retail centers the bulk of his experience is in multi-family and that will be the primary focus of Whitehead Property Services LLC.
