The engagement of Whitehead Property Services whether for full property management services or in a more limited capacity encompasses a full assessment of the property and market. At the core of this assessment is a proprietary document developed to record all property information including but not limited to information on the physical asset – buildings, land, drives/parking – as well as building systems, amenities, services, contracts, operational procedures, environmental, risk management, utilities, city/state issues, employees, accounting and records and programs in place. Additionally, this document contains links to the actual documents being referred to and a tickler system for follow up.
Once the initial assessment is completed recommendations are made to the client and a property implementation strategy is adopted. Typically, this transition process is completed within 30 days leading up to assuming management. In the case of a lesser assignment a time frame can be agreed upon.
