Jim Whitehead, CPM founded Whitehead Property Services in 2010 largely in response to investor requests, observations and feedback. The result is an effort to respond to investor concerns by forming an organization that is client centered and not deal centered. Contractual relationships have been established to bring accounting, IT, Maintenance, Environmental, Risk Management and Compliance services to our investors. This brings senior management level focus to every properties operation.

Our intent is to partner with our investors to assist them with whatever team gaps they may have. We will have no conflicts of interest pertaining to the pursuit of assets, management operations or employees. We provide full and complete transparency with respect to relationships, fees and services.
